Many possibilities: How long has this has been going on and is there a history of an infection or allergies? However, a clogged ear, if not related to wax could be something in the middle ear like a hole in the ear drum, fluid in the middle ear or other middle ear lesions/masses. Sometimes, hearing loss due to middle ear bone problems or inner ear nerve/sensory problems could be involved. You need to see md to check.
