What will happen if you're allergic to all high blood pressure pills but your hypertensive?

Maybe your hypertension would improve with lifestyle change like conditioning, diet and weight control. If not, you would remain at risk for the many complications like stroke, heart attack, heart failure, etc. But there are many antihypertensive drugs; it is unlikely you are truly allergic to them all. Keep working with your doctor on this. Good luck.
