First is it abnormal for you? How many baseline heart rate readings do you have? If more than 10 calculate average and SD in excel. If you current heart rate is above mean and 2 SD THEN UNUSUAL for you. Is your heart rate checker accurate? Always verify at wrist by counting 1 min. Has it gotten hotter where you live? If so bingo! Might be the heat.
