Burns: Rather than a shower take a cool bath to relieve pain. Change bandages afterwards.Since your burn is limited a shower would be alright.

Yes: It's important to keep your 2nd-degree burn wounds clean so that they can heal well. Showering is good, allowing the water to run over the wounds. Afterwards, apply a topical antimicrobial (e.g., bacitracin, neomycin, poklsporin, triple-antibiotic ointment) +/- a bandage.
