Sildenafil (Viagra) is prescribed for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) and Erectile Dysfunction (ED). It can also be used for high altitude pulmonary edema (HAPE) and Raynaud Phenomenon. The latter condition is prescribed twice a day. PAH and HAPE are three times a day. ED is at night time.
