Your 3.month old baby is having cold symptoms without fever. You may try home remedies if baby appears well, playful, sleeps well and no excessive crying. Keep baby well hydrated, turn on cold mist humidifier and sit in near hot shower to get steam to the baby. If symptoms persist 5-7 days, please see pediatrician. Hope it helps.
