I am 22w2d pregnant with twin boys and im having tightening pains around my stomach and cramp like pains in my uterus, and im wondering what it could be because its been going on for about 3 days but happening no more that twice a day?

I don’t think we have enough information here to know what is causing the discomfort, but you should be sure to let the obstetrician know what is going on. It is particularly important when you are carrying twins. Good prenatal care is key! Notify the obstetrician ASAP. Do not delay. Good luck.
