Nausea is a symptom that might have multiple possible roots and explanations, a blood test is not likely to determine its source, see your doc for an exam and detailed history.

There are many potential causes of nausea, many of which are self-limited and mild and some of which are severe problems. If your nausea is persistent, you should have it evaluated. See your Primary care doctor to get the evaluation started. Good luck.
