Been on depo provera 18 months and randomly started bleeding brown and red with slight cramps this has lasted 8 days so far started light now a little heavier? only think changed is ive been going on sunbeds and using a hula hoop?

When was your last depot provera dose? Please note that irregular uterine bleeding is a common side effect of depot provera. Sunbed and hula hoop should not be contributory. Take care and see your doctor if bleeding persists.
