Obviously you have an infection that does not respond to doxycycline, i.e. something other than chlamydia. Possibilities include gonorrhea, which often is resistant to doxycycline; trichomonas; Mycoplasma genitalium; and others. Return to your doctor for reexamination, further testing, and perhaps additional treatment. Good luck.
