Vaginal discharge: There are many causes of abnormal vaginal discharge. Yeast infections can do it and sometimes are triggered by doxycycline. OTOH, yeast usually itches and doesn't usually cause colored discharge. The answer also depends on why you were given doxy, e.g. for STD or something else. Return soon to the doctor or clinic where the doxy was prescribed. Better safe than sorry!
