I am spotting. my last period was march 25-29. i used a plan b pill april 1st. i have severe stomach pains, feels like period cramps. i am a chubby girl. i was told i might have inconsistent periods because of my weight. period expected may 3rd. help?

Plan B has large amounts of hormones and is very disruptive to your body. It can cause bleeding to be delayed, more heavy or longer lasting. It can also cause abdominal cramps, breast tenderness, nausea, fatigue and headaches. It should only be used in an emergency, not as a regular contraceptive. It may take 1-2 cycles to calibrate back to your normal hormone levels.
