Answer: Sore nipples could be a result of many things, but given that you are due for your period, have nausea, and sore breasts, i would consider taking a home pregnancy test as these can all be signs of early pregnancy. Otherwise, if these symptoms persist, you should make an appointment with your physician for an examination.
