How do doctors fix bad posture if you are spastic?

It is best to see a physical therapist/occupational therapist that may be able to help you reduce long term effect of spasticity. They would probably be able to use massage and stretching to reduce long term complication before strictures that may require surgical intervention in the future.

Physical therapy, bracing systems, and BOTOX can all be considered as approaches to deal with spasticity. Current medications may well be rather disappointing but might be tried nonetheless.
