"Penis pain has many causes. For example, the penis can be injured during sports or a fall. Strenuous sex or long periods of sexual activity can also cause pain. In some cases, the pain is caused by an infection like a urinary tract infection (UTI) or a sexually transmitted infection (STI)." Get checked again!

If you were checked by a Urologist and no reason was found then there is probably nothing seriously wrong. But if your symptoms persist pl see another Urologist

The pain could be from a traumatic injury from too much exercise without a jock strap and or a sporting event. Also rough sex or too much masturbation. Rember what just did before pain happened. If no answer seek a second opinion.
