Hey...is it okay to dance or exercise for an hour continously during the second day of one's menstrual period?or is there any risk?

Listen to your body: Depends on whether the exercise increases your bleeding and makes you uncomfortable. Everyone is different. If you have increased bleeding take it a bit easier. Also be sure to take iron so you don't become deficient. Fun exercise like dancing is great for your health.
