Many muscle groups are involved with breathing. There are chest muscles, abdominal muscles as well as the diaphragms that help to breathe in and out. If your breathing is comfortable, this is not an issue. If you are experiencing shortness of breath, then you need to see a doctor. Best of luck to you!
