Designing a skin routine using various therapies that could be added or withdrawn based on weekly conditions would be ideal.

Antibiotic alone does not solve your typical acne vulgaris. You need medication to suppress the oil glands. If you are in America, you can buy adapalene cream or gel 0.1%, which is sold over the counter as the mainstay of your treatment. You can take tetracycline when there are signs of inflammation or infection. Stronger adapalene formula (0.3%) is available with prescription. Good luck.
