You can have her get a NIPS test as early as 8-10 weeks. It takes her blood and finds fetal DNA circulating in her system that can be compared to yours. Its accuracy is considered adequate by the courts to confirm or deny paternity. The timing issue is odd but early estimates of pregnancy dates are often not accurate.
