Please tell me why for 10 years now, every time i go poop i am so sick afterwards. its right after i stand up. sometimes i feel as if i could pass out. i am sick to my stomach everytime after i go poop. this has gone on for way to long?

It is not normal to feel nausea, discomfort, or that you may pass out after having bowel movements. If this has been going on for that long, you definitely need to have it evaluated. See your primary care doctor or a gastroenterologist to begin that evaluation. Good luck.
