Consult your OB physician for guidance, as multiple early pregnancy testing is advised at this point, and "frequent diarrhea" should be evaluated, as it is not usuallycaused by ingestion of water.

It’s pretty rare to get listeria in the United States. Your symptom of diarrhea should be evaluated by your OB/GYN causes, could include infection, malabsorption disorder of the intestines.
