Pain for one week is abnormal. You could have a scratch with superinfection. You should be checked by a GYN doctor just to play safe. Take care.

You could’ve caused physical, trauma or irritation to your clitoris. This area could become infected. If symptoms get worse or do not improve in the next day or two recommended in person exam by a primary care physician, or OB/GYN. Recommend you stop the physical stimulation of your clitoris that is causing this pain.
