Estrogen cream (intravaginal) can help the vaginal mucosa but it does not help the libido (sex drive). You may have to take the risk of taking combined hormone replacement therapy because you are too young for suffering these symptoms. It's best to have a honest communication with your PMD or GYN doctor for risk and benefits of hormone replacement therapy and plan for risk reduction. Good luck.

Vaginal lubricant suppository or jelly can help with dryness. Vaginal estrogen cream also is helpful and may help your sex drive also in person exam by an OB/GYN to check for causes of the pain would be recommended.

In addition to the previous good advice, there has been advice to try Viagra or to take a small dose of a male hormone like halotestin to increase a woman's sexual desire. If there's no medical cause of your problem, consider consulting a sexologist for advice.
