If it is a lymphocele or just edema (swelling) from masturbation it will resolve on its own. You can try cold compresses . If it persists see a urologist.

Pl do not try to self-diagnose using the internet. It can be dangerous and wrong. Lymphoceles are rare and do not occur from masturbation. Pl see a Urologist. Hope you do well
