You can ingest this slowly a half ounce at a time until you have taken it all. That should avoid any triggering of a vomiting reflex.

Most people do not have family through the process of taking the preparation for a colonoscopy. If you do, take a short break and then restart. If it persists, call your doctor. You will get through it. Everyone eventually does. Good luck.
