This could be related to your thyroid so you should get thyroid function tests-TSH, T4, T3, especially if they have not been done recently. If you are on medication for your thyroid, it may need to be adjusted. That would be the first thing to assess. You can also check a metabolic profile to test more possibilities. Good luck to you!

You're going to ensure that your thyroid dose is appropriate. Have you had a lifelong tendency to get overheated during exercise while your friends didn't? Are you currently unfit physically? Is 110 an ideal weight for you? Can you get in better shape? Are you taking any other meds that can increase sweating when exerting? Any estrogen deficiency? BP ok? These are the usual causes we look for.
