Hi i just got my period this morning. i'd like to know why am i experiencing so much abdominal and discomfort pain on my left side. i was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst last year but was given provera to work it away as that was my ovulation period?

It could be due to a cyst. The only way to find out what the issue is would be to see your doctor, preferably gynecologist. You may need another ultrasound to see if the cyst is still there-a new one could have formed. So, see your gynecologist. Good luck to you!
