What does bulging with decreased csf space ventrally mean on a cervical mri?

Generically, this would imply a degenerative disc, encroaching somewhat into the spinal canal, but there is no mention of spinal cord or nerve root compression. Suggest you see the radiologist and have a direct explanation of these films.
