I am on several different meds that can cause constipation.i forgot i took milk of magnesia this morning (60 ml of phillips cherry flavored) and then took 300 mg of citrate and 150 mg combined of malate, glycinate, and taurateis this bad??

Unless you have kidney dysfunction, this level of magnesium intake is not dangerous. High doses of magnesium cause loose stool, so if that is not happening, then you’re fine. I’m the future though, stick with the msg citrate & milk of magnesia varieties for constipation. The other more expensive magnesium supplements are best for those who desire to boost mag levels, as they are better absorbed.
