It is extremely unlikely you caught HIV, and your negative test at 81 days is very reassuring, but not 100% conclusive. But Oraquick never becomes positive in about 5% of HIV infected persons. Have a lab based test for complete certainty. (The CD4 result is meaningless; you should not have had a CD4 test, should only be done in people with positive HIV tests.)
