What does subsegmental fixed defect in the distal anterolateral wall and reversible defect in the distal inferior wall mean in layman's terms?

It means the scan showed evidence of coronary heart disease with previous myocardial infarction and currently active ischemia. The fixed defect means that area can't be revived if the blockage is reopened (already scarring) and reversible defect means that area can be revived with treatment, either by medical treatment or procedure(s).
