There is no risk at all for HIV from mouth-skin contact, including breasts and nipples. Since you're worried, it makes sense to have an HIV test for reassurance, but you definitely can expect a negative result. (If she is taking antiviral drug treatment for her HIV and the virus is not detectable in her blood, there is no risk of infection even with unprotected intercourse.)
