No, if it is three days before, you should be fine. Just follow the instructions for the preparation, as they are written. Good luck with your colonoscopy!

Your colon needs evacuation at a minimum of 12 hours. What you eat or drink a few days before will be eliminated before the procedure. You must follow the directions given you in the time frame before the procedure.
