Complicated : Painful intercourse is a complex problem and should be evaluated by your doctor. After 4 children pelvic organ prolapse is one possibility that should be investigated. Some other common causes are infections, fibroids, polpys and ovarian cysts. There are many others so scheduling a visit will be needed.
