S/p hysterectomy: it depends what was the reason and extent of the hysterectomy. If the cervix was left in there can be discharge, even without a cervix there cane be discharge from residual estrogen conversion peripherally , more so if the partner is full figured. If the hysterectomy was for cancer insure thers/pe is no residual or recurrent issues. Lastly ask if any jellies or creams were used for lubrication.
