All valid treatments are clinically proven before being accepted . Your problem seems more non-organic as arousal depends on many neuro psychological stimuli. If it persists pl see your doc/urologist for evaluation Good luck

Rule out neurovascular conditions. Erection is under control of the parasympathetic nervous system, ejaculation the sympathetic nervous system. Blood flow is important! Are you a smoker? Do you have diabetes? Any symptoms of vascular compromise such as claudication, that is pain in the calves, thighs buttocks with exertion, improved with rest? Requires medical eval, rule out physiologic causes
