If you were circumcised to lower your risk of HIV, congratulations: good move! For this problem, you need to Rrturn to the doctor or clinic where your circumcision was done. Good luck.

Get back to the surgeon and express your concern and show her/him the wound. In the meantime keep the wound clean and use an OTC antibiotic ointment
