Autoimmune: Positive ANA is suggestive of autoimmune process although sometimes it is false positive. Elevate white count could be from infection, stress, cancers, steroid use , blood loss or from autoimmune process.

Difficult : Definitely a problem here but not enough information i'm afraid to really help you. Anas often elevate in rheumatalogical conditions. Wbcs can elevate in infection or other conditions also. You give no clinical information so numbers alone do not tell a story.
