Foban cream is a topical treatment for bacterial skin infections so you should only use if there is an infection on the skin area of your vulva or perineal area. Do not use it on any area besides the skin and your skin may be irritated with this ointment if the localized redness (rash) is not due to infection. If you have doubt, you should see a GYN doctor. Take care!
