What i can do with a brain mri showing significant changes, but doesn't have a description or results... from the same hosp that refuse to treat my intestinal blockage including my internist, he said that i need a psychiatrist. please an advised?

It sounds as though you need some guidance about these results, but you do not necessarily trust the hospital and/or doctors that you are seeing. I would recommend that you get the results of your tests and obtain a second opinion, to see if you can get a better explanation. Good luck.
