I keep getting cold sensation on the top of my scalp...when i touch it, it's kind of warm there...is this normal?

I wouldn't consider this normal but it doesn't appear to be worrisome. If there's no scalp pathology evident, then I'd regard this sensation to be caused by a mildly irritable superficial scalp nerve and would expect it to resolve after a day or two.
