A member asked:

Can i have multiple sclerosis without a single lesion visible on the spine and brain on a 3t magnet. do multiple lesions or symptoms appear first?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Quite simple. If you do not demonstrate any T2 or T1 lesions either over the brain or spinal cord, you do NOT have MS! Suggest you discuss your situation at length with your doctors, and have a second opinion at a nearby medical school department of neurology.
