Most experts consider negative HIV AgAb (4th generation) tests conclusive 6 weeks after the last PEP dose, but some advise 3 months. There are no good data, just clinical experience plus knowledge of principles of HIV infection biology and testing. Anyway, for sure your result is conclusive 90 days after your last PEP dose. If it's negative, you do not need any more testing.
