Prolonged N95 use can increase the carbon dioxide in your blood so it may be harmful in patients with chronic lung disease with carbon dioxide retention such as COPD. Oxygen level seems not be affected when wearing N95 by pulse oximetry (SpO2) in studies but we know for a normal person, PO2 + PCO2 = 140 so if CO2 is up, O2 should go down so I do think oxygen level should be slightly affected.
