In my part of the world masks are seldom seen and the hospitalization/ICU rates are a fraction of what they were at this time last year. The newer covid strains are less lethal, and new treatments have changed the landscape. I don't consider even KN95 masks a worthy measure at this time, with the exception of those over 60/heart disease/DM where they may be of use.
