Both are good: Hyaluronic acid works very well to help stabilize joint cartilage and decrease pain. There are different brands and formulations, but the active ingredient is the same. Go with what your doctor recommends. In addition look at a healthy whole food diet and try glucosamine. You should also minimize the use of nsaids because they harm joint cartilage over time.
