Pregnancy is "possible", but with true "PCOS" ovulation is infrequent or absent for long intervals. The usual treatment for PCOS is low dose oral contraceptives, which preserve future fertility, and stop abnormal cell production in the uterus from the extended higher estrogen produced with PCOS.
