My girlfriend has been taking depo regularly and she isnt due for next shot until the middle of march. however she woke up feeling nauseous with stomach pain and feeling like she wants to throw up. is there a chance she could get pregnant?

I agree with Dr. Glicksman that the chance of pregnancy in this setting is very low, but it is not zero, so if her gastrointestinal symptoms persist, a pregnancy test would be indicated. If a viral gastroenteritis is present, be sure to maintain good hydration. Good luck.
