No: Unfortunately, using Provera (medroxyprogesterone) at this time will not stop your period, often times Provera (medroxyprogesterone) causes withdrawal bleeding at the end of therapy. Since you are on the 4th day of your period, chances are you may stop bleeding before the wedding as most periods last 4-7 days. Hope all works well for you. Do the best you can and take care of yourself.
