Possibly yes. Usually it takes a few days (rarely 3 weeks) for azithromycin to turn gonorrhea/chlamydia tests negative, but it might happen as soon as two days. In any case, you were not infected on the day you were tested. Antibiotics turn tests negative by curing them, not just by simply suppressing the result. Probably you were never infected, but slightly possible you had it and were cured.

You must have had a reason to take the antibiotic. You may have caught the infection in time, but if any symptoms arise, than get tested again. In future practice safe sex.
